If your product has been damaged or lost during shipping I will either refund you or replace your item. If the item is damaged I will need photo proof of the damaged product. If you have ordered an item but it's not the one you wanted, please let me know within the 2-day processing period so I may change it otherwise I can't refund purchases until the item is returned.

I use Paypal as my main form of payment, though Venmo and cash app are options too. but I don't normally like to use these.

I currently use Clip Studio paint for both my 2D art and animations, blender and maya for my 3D works, and premiere pro for any video editing.

I use the XP-Pen Artist 22R pro for at home, it is very smooth and is a well rounded display tablet. I also have the XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro for on the go it very nice, slim, and protable.
